Tokyo Nights is a live dining and performance experience combining professional sumo wrestling with premium Japanese dining by Sticks'n'Sushi. Set in a transformed Greenwich Borough Hall inspired by Tokyo's streets and the Sumo Halls of Ryogoku, you'll witness live sumo bouts, eat and drink ringside, and become part of the spectacle.

All tickets include entry to the Tokyo Nights experience, live sumo wrestling bouts, and access to bars serving craft cocktails and Japanese-inspired drinks. VIP Dining tickets additionally include a three-course menu by Sticks'n'Sushi served at Dohyō-side tables. Bento boxes can be pre-ordered separately with any ticket type.

Yes! Tokyo Nights features real sumo wrestlers performing authentic sumo bouts. Our wrestlers are trained in the traditional art of sumo and deliver genuine, competitive matches for our audience.

There is no strict dress code, but we encourage guests to dress for a night out. Many guests enjoy embracing the theme with Japanese-inspired fashion. Smart casual is recommended.

Tokyo Nights is an 18+ event for evening and night shows. Day shows may have different age restrictions — please check the specific event listing for details.

In sumo, a heya is a training stable where wrestlers live, train and compete together. It is a team, a family and a training ground all in one. At Tokyo Nights, every guest is assigned one of four heyas — Genbu, Byakko, Seiryu or Suzaku — and becomes part of the rivalry.

Yes. At Tokyo Nights, every guest is assigned a heya based on where they are seated. You'll be placed into one of four heyas — Genbu, Byakko, Seiryu or Suzaku — and will be surrounded by fellow supporters cheering on the same rikishi.

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Pre-ordering guarantees your food and drinks are ready to collect on arrival, saving you time and keeping you in your seat for every moment of the action. Pre-orders are available at a 10 to 15% discount compared to on-the-night prices.

When you arrive and your tickets are scanned, please also show your food tickets (sent to you by email). These will be scanned and exchanged for a token. During the event, our team will be roaming the space with trays of bento boxes. Simply hand over your token to collect your food.

Tokyo Nights features a curated drinks menu including sake, Japanese whisky from Nikka, Asahi Super Dry beer and a selection of signature cocktails. Drinks packages can be pre-ordered ahead of your visit.

Yes, you can order merchandise in advance. Shortly before your experience, you'll receive a team allocation email. This will include a link to purchase merchandise tailored specifically to your team. Please wait for this email before placing your order, as the available items will be based on your team assignment. Please head to the merchandise area with your merchandise tickets (sent to you by email) to redeem your merchandise.

Yes, you can sit with your friends. Seating for this event is unallocated, meaning you're free to sit anywhere within your ticket category, which will be clearly indicated on arrival. If you're attending as a larger group, we recommend arriving early to give yourselves the best chance of sitting together. Please also be mindful of other guests when taking your seats. To help us accommodate everyone comfortably, our FOH team may ask you to shuffle along if there are gaps in the seating.
